About the unit: The Garrard SL72B features a weight counterbalanced pickup arm with gimbal type pivots, a slide in cartridge carrier, integral calibrated stylus force adjustment and bias compensator. It can be used manually with cue control and the tone arm will return when the record has finished. It also can be used in full auto mode, for automatic play of single records. For auto-play the 'auto' tab control is simply moved to 'start' when the arm will position itself on the record and after playing will return to it's rest, and the unit will then shut off.
