The 757B version Supercardioid Polar Pattern offers superior sound rejection at the sides and rear, reducing feedback and enhancing isolation. The N/DYM Magnet Technology provides 6 dB more output sensitivity compared to conventional designs, ensuring high signal-to-noise ratio for digital recording and sampling. Switchable Bass Response allows adjustment for optimal performance in close or distant applications.

EV's famous clean, clear N/Dym sound quality has been fine-tuned to deliver their most accurate bass response ever. By tailoring the proximity effect (an increase in bass response as you move closer to the mic) with EV's Vocally Optimized Bass (VOB) technology, your vocals can parse the mix more clearly. This is a great stage vocal microphone, but with the overall response and bass selectivity to offset proximity effect, it can easily do double duty with great range and clean output. So close "miking" of amplifiers or devices is possible.
