Carver PM-950 Professionals Amplifier - Recently serviced by DALAUDIO. The unit was cleaned, level controls cleaned and lubricated. The amplifier was adjusted per service manual. It is in very good operating condition. Carver Pro amplifiers, particularly those from the M/PM series, are generally considered decent value for the money.

More about the unit: The Carver PM-950 puts out a continuous power output of 325 WPC into 8 ohms, and 475WPC into 4 ohms. In bridged mono operation, it delivers 950 watts into 8 ohms. While some detractors out there wish Bob Carver would have stayed focused on consumer audio, these units are often praised for their sound and power capabilities, especially for driving electrostatics and magnetic planar speakers. However, some users have noted mechanical issues rather than operational issues, including less than ideal binding posts (prefer Speakon or 1/4" TS), some fan noise (all older pro amp suffer from this) and difficulty in finding technicians to repair them.
